Joanne Low

Joanne Low is the founding partner of Joanne Low, Wong & Co. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from Oxford Brookes University and obtained her Certificate in Legal Practice before being admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya. Based in the firm's Kuala Lumpur office, Joanne's principal areas of practice are civil and commercial litigation, corporate and commercial advisory, employment matters and dispute resolution. She acts for individuals, companies, business owners and organisations in a broad range of contentious and advisory matters. Joanne adopts a practical and commercially focused approach to legal issues. She works closely with clients to understand their objectives, assess the available options and formulate strategies that take into account legal rights, costs, timing and commercial considerations. Her practice includes contractual and commercial disputes, debt recovery, tenancy and property-related disputes, corporate agreements, employment matters and general civil litigation.
