We do not request identity-card numbers, documents or detailed confidential facts through the public enquiry form.

We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, assess whether the Firm is able to assist with your matter, and communicate with you about that enquiry. We do not use it for marketing without your separate consent.

Enquiry information is received by authorised personnel of the Firm involved in responding to enquiries. How long we keep it
