Koay Chun Li

As Business Development Manager of Joanne Low, Wong & Co., Koay Chun Li supports the firm's business development, client engagement and brand-management initiatives. He works with the partners to strengthen the firm's relationships with existing clients, develop new professional and commercial connections, coordinate marketing and communication initiatives, and enhance the firm's presence across its Kuala Lumpur and Penang offices. He is also involved in managing enquiries, coordinating events and collaborations, supporting the preparation of firm profiles and promotional materials, and assisting with the firm's digital and social-media presence. In carrying out the role, he focuses on presenting the firm's services in a clear and professional manner while ensuring that all business-development activities remain consistent with the firm's values, professional obligations and commitment to client service.
