Wong Sze Yi

Wong Sze Yi is the managing partner of Joanne Low, Wong & Co. and leads the firm's conveyancing and property practice in Penang. She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and was subsequently admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya. Her principal area of practice is conveyancing, with a particular focus on residential and commercial property transactions. She advises purchasers, vendors, property owners, investors and financial institutions on matters involving sale and purchase agreements, financing documentation, transfers, assignments, tenancies and other property-related documentation. Sze Yi is experienced in guiding clients through the practical and procedural requirements of a property transaction, from the initial review of documents through to completion. She places emphasis on careful documentation, clear communication and the timely coordination of all parties involved in the transaction. Through the firm's Penang office, she provides clients with accessible and practical advice on conveyancing and property matters.
